The location is great inside the Ordessa National Park. The food was great but a little expensive. We came in late October and got seasonally low rates. I have great photos of the mountains in the morning light. This was the best hotel we stayed at in 3 weeks in Spain which included Barcelona, Madrid, Toledo, and towns in the... more

Having just spent six nights in two other Paradors, this was a bit of a dissapointment. The overall character is somewhat 'worn'. Parking is good, but public. The scenery is superb. Public areas 'worn' and many are smoking - a pity for a hotel in this type of area. Restaurant OK and breakfast very good. Rooms very aged and it... more

Spectacular location in the Spanish Pyrenees - amazing scenery and fantastic walking directly from the hotel. The evening meals were exceptionally good with great presentation and a variety of local dishes. I would definitely recommend a stay here, the room was fairly basic and small for the price but the breathtaking location more than compensate. Sometimes it is great to... more

The location of this Parador is spectacular and allows for innumerable hikes and climbs. The Parador could use a little face-lift though. Our room was a bit small and the lobby sometimes had a funny smell. The service is good and the food generally OK. But...location, location, location.... more

We stayed in about 20 different Paradores, all of an equal comfortable and welcoming standard. The Bielsa Parador is in dire need of total renovation and should not belong to the Paradores chain. The deco is dowdy and old fashioned, you need to be a gymnast to get into and operate the bath, the hotel smelt of stale food, on... more

The best of this hotel is the location, right in the middle of the mountainous area in front of Monte Perdido. The decoration is country-style, the place is clean, breakfasts are great, there is bar and lounge plus a great terrasse with a view on the mountains. Great! Right from the parador you can start hikes up the mountains. The... more

Sits in a bowl at the end of a valley with a single road in and out. Beautiful drive. There is a lot of hiking available. The parador is on the edge of a national park. Very nice facility. Cows (and cowbells) wander around the area. Dining is OK. Nice bar with deck for looking at the scenery. No internet... more

This Parador is wonderful!!! It's so secluded and I have never stayed in a more beautiful location. It's great for walking and relaxing. It's about a 30 min drive to the nearest village and an hour to the town of Ainsa (but it's worth the trip because it's stunning too). Our room was large and comfortable, with a stunning view.... more

Right, let's say this Parador is set in a truly magnificient location, right in the middle of beautiful mountains and it therefore offers breathtaking views. Let's also admit that this particular location gives a real sense of privilege to all the guests, which always is a core benefit. Keeping in mind this is a Pardor, I would have expected far... more

This is such a beautiful, unique place to stay in the mountains. I can't think of anywhere else that the customers of a small hotel can have a gorgeous mountain valley practically all to themselves. Even though the parador is new, it is a beautiful stone building. The chef prepares wonderful, creative food, but it is pretty expensive. You can... more
