I guess I would really give this hotel 3 1/2 stars because it seems to be better than average. Check in was quick, the rooms were clean and newly remodeled. I would say it was a little trendy. Be aware that the door locks do not lock on their own when you leave! I found this out the hard way... More

Check in was a bit problematic as they changed booking system and also it was not possible to pay with a non Norwegian bank card. There's a bank across the street and they had no trouble waiting 2 nights for our payment and we received more than one apology! We returned to Marena a week later and it was resolved.... More

I cannot excuse their check-in negligence. I arrived on Sunday afternoon at 12:30 to find the doors locked and no one in the building. I did not have cell phone service on my phone and literally had to beg someone on the street to call them for me. Then we find out that there is a code on the door... More

We went here for a whale safari in mid June 2014 and stayed for one night. The room was nice and clean and it had what we excpeted. The breakfast was good but parking wasn´t great but certainly ok. The only down side was that the bed wich we thought was a double realy was two singles put together so... More

The whole hotel is modern and clean. The rooms are small but enough for two nights. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is okay - there is not much to choose between but you will find all important things. Wi-Fi is available - free of charge. As we arrived we had a problem with our room. The staff acted fast... More

The hotel was fully booked, so upon arrival it turned out we stayed one night in a single room, which had a couch, which was turned into another single bed. When we arrived we mistakenly only had bedding on the bed, but the woman in the reception fixed another bed for us in no time. Both the bed and the... More

A friend and I stayed in a twin share room on arrival and I later stayed in a single room. By Norway standards there was more than enough room. In fact the bathroom was bigger than in other Norwegian hotels. Very tidy, beautiful artwork and good coffee. Besides breakfast, the hotel serves as a small cafe' for the locals so... More

Room and bath very small. Been around and slept many places. This was odd! No fridge og phone in room. Singel and narrow bed occupies most of the room. Leckage from showercabinett into bathroom. More or less no space to store anything. Intended to stay here for a least one week. Checked out after first night and moved to another... More

We had a very nice stay (only 1 night) and found this hotel clean and comfy. Room was small, but had what we needed. Bathroom fine and clean. Nice vew from our room to a little church and the sea. Breakfast okay, nothing special which seems to be normal in Norway..The hotel is located in the middle of the town,... More

A very good hotel at the north of Andoya, Andenes. Good, complete rooms, friendly personnel and nice location in Andenes. Breakfast o.k., not special but complete. Not much more to say, about a good location!
