Not really bad I think . But Service attitude not that serious, a lot of used items didn't replaced, and the staff can do better, except this others are fine. Very basic. If you are a tourist, this is not the greatest location.

Although the maintenance of the hotel can be better, the room rates are reasonably acceptable for its location and service. It is quite conveniently located at Bukit Mertajam with shopping centre and eateries within walking distance. This is the only hotel in Bukit Mertajam with a swimming pool. The breakfast food is rather standard - bread, porridge and others. Service... More

One and only hotel at Seberang Perai. Overall badly maintained, in term of hotel facilities and room wise. Cannot expect too much upon what I paying. There is a small pool is a bonus of the hotel, but no control to the swimmers, everyone jumping in with T-shirt and even head scarf?! Suppose hotel converted a meeting hall for breakfast... More

Just got back from Alor Setar last Monday 12/8/2013. Caught in heavy traffic jammed at Seberang Perai make us changed the plan to have an overnight stay at this hotel. We rent a room with 2 double beds that only cost around rm150.00++. Plus we got a breakfast for 2 on the next day. The hotel is also have a... More

Really old hotel. Very basic with bad maintenance. During our visit, there's water dripping from the ceiling in the lobby. Don't really recommend staying here unless you really need to. Area is very dark at night, but few shops are open till late night.

Not a bad hotel but very basic and not swinging towards the Western style. Probably the most decent hotel in this area as others seemed to be of lower standards. Is right at the back of a big shopping mall with restaurants so your eating options are open. Food in hotel again very Basic and local orientated, which is not... More

The pros: Its cheap, great service and a very good breakfast. The cons: Its dirty and its a very dodgy location, especially at night. The beds are the dirtiest of all with some old blankets, better to bring your own. The problem with this hotel is that is used to be very good 10 years ago according a few locals.... More
