While planning a trip to Nainital, we were looking for a place which has some character and is centrally located with stunning views. This hotel met all of our requirements. It's like a home built by your grandfather which may not be in best shape but you still love it. They were kind enough to give us room no 19... More

We stayed here for 3 nights with our kids. They gave us 2 adjacent rooms with a door connecting between them, so that worked well for us. Their service is good, but their rooms are very run-down. Their bathrooms really need a complete re-do. Don't expect a luxurious stay here being misled by the name of their hotel. The best... More

I've stayed here earlier, and prefer to visit again. This Palace turned hotel is my kind of place. It's not very far from Nainital lake, walking distance 10 mins, at the same time away from the the touristic hustle and bustle. My favourite room is No. 19, it's the largest - has extension of a huge study & lounge overlooking... More

Excellent customer service (very rare to experience these days). The owner and all of the staff were very humble, polite and gave excellent service. Clean room. Everything asked for was provided. View was very nice. Highly recommend all to this place.

This is a nice small heritage hotel situated close to Mall Road yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff of the hotel were really helpful and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. If you want to book the hotel, directly check with them. They might offer you a discount which you might not... More

Nice Lake facing rooms, they are spacious and are maintained well. Its a VALUE FOR MONEY hotel. Don't think, just book the hotel. Its not on the mall road so the walking distance is 5 - 10 mins. They do provide the cab from and to the mall road. Staff is nice. Food was tasty.

We found this hotel using trip advisor. It is situated just little uphill. The roads leading to the hotel is very narrow. You might have difficulty to navigate through it. However there is good amount of parking place at the hotel. If travelling by train , u can book a taxi from Kathgodam ( Charges around Rs 800) . The... More

We had found this place using tripadvisor and went by taxi. Its a little inside and above the main market which you can find a little downhill. Tranquil atmosphere, Did not have too much time on hands. Ask for a lakeside view on the top floor, the rooms are large, wood floored and quiet. I do not remember seeing a... More
