this hotel is located at an excellent vantage point having full view of the nainital lake. except that you have lot of climbing (steep) to reach the top floor rooms, it is very relaxing and enjoying up there. rooms are well kept and clean, good food, excellent service, overlooks the mall road and bus stop. overall we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is situated atop Bus stand hence is quite conveniently located. Room service could improve and so does the quality of food. Cleanliness in the restaurant needs to be looked at. View from the balcony is outstanding.
