Need a break from hectic noisy life, visit The Pavilion. The journey itself was exciting with a great view while driving from Kaladungi. The hotel is located far from the mall. The place exudes old british charm with large twin room sets very well maintained with a balcony in front of each room. The buffet meals are good and the... More

Though unplanned, it turned out to be one of the memorable trips.. Stayed at The Pavilion on 13th June 2014. The Pallivion is a fabulously located property, away from the crowded lake.. Still close enough to walk down.. Peaceful and serene.. The hospitality is commendable.. The staff is polite n always ready to help.. Looking forward to a planned and... More

We stayed here in May and had taken 3 family suites on the ground floor. The rooms were spacious but you have to cross the 2nd bedroom in order to reach the bathrooms. The staff was extremely courteous and provided us service as soon as we called. The breakfast buffet had bread, butter, eggs, cornflakes, puri sabzi, brownies, poha, tea... More

Had to call them twice to request for connecting rooms. Intercom in rooms was not working. They repaired it on last day. Had to walk down to order even tea/coffee.Water went off while bathing.Tissue rolls missing from Toilets. Toileteries third grade.Breakfast terrible on both days. Limited selection. Worst choice for a hotel.

Pavillion is just 1-2 km before mall road,so staying there in rush season is just living outside the city, though the prices are very economical, very spacious rooms, arrogant staff this what we faced in the starting, but on every service we started giving rs.50 it worked well, btful lawn maintained in front of the rooms, parking is just not the... I stayed in Standard Room 300 on 22nd and 23rd June 2014. The room was good, clean and the furniture was comfortable. There was a horrible smell in the bathroom arising from the drain. It went away with nothing. We complained to the staff about it the next morning. When we came back in the evening we found that they... More

Well my title of the review says it all. Stayed here for two nights-14 and 15 June. The location is good-very close to the mallital market and 10 minutes walk from the lake. The best thing-they have good parking space and even during peak season one can park his car easily. The staff was very courteous during my stay and exceeded the... Bit far from lake and right opposite High court. Location can be good in case of snow fall as it is on high altitude and can have snow fall while lake area might have only rain. We strayed there during March week 1 and enjoyed snowfall. Very hospitable staff. Only one limitation :( hot water is not available round the... More

The Pavilion is a family hotel situated in the heart of Nainital. With its parking area, children's park, activity room and open spaces and spacious rooms it is an apt hotel for families and people travelling in smaller groups and also for solo travelers. We have tried to maintain the old world charm of the hotel which was originally build in 1880 and was run by Mrs Pert as a tea parlour.
