Stayed in this Castle hotel for a week in August 2014. Situated on top of hill in Santa Vittoria d'Alba town overlooks the plain below with plenty of historical small towns around. Our room had a fantastic view to the plain, clean, comfortable, wifi, safe and a small bar. The bathroom is nice and pleasant. Besides the room, breakfast is... More

Stayed here for 5 nights, and received a nice room at the ground floor. However, it was rather close to the reception, and the breakfast room and thus from early in the morning on, you could hear people twaddling loudly (Italian style), either directly or on the phone. We asked to change rooms, and that was kindly - and efficiently... More

Let me start by saying we had a pleasant stay and were overall satisfied but there was lots of room for improvement. Upon arrival the hotel looked very nice, the rooms are modern and clean, we even had Italian cookies as a welcome gift at the room, always nice. Rooms include large and comfortable beds but the pillows are downright... More

We were with 4 persons a week in the region and enjoyed our stay in the Castello Santa Vittoria. Comfortable clean rooms. Beautiful views from the room over the valley, the scenery and the restaurants Savino Mangelli and Al Castello A nice place to return to relax after a busy day. a very nice swimming pool (a sauna would have... We were part of a wine tour so it was completely unknown to us beforehand. Wonderful place. The staff speak Italian, English, French, Spanish, & German; they are extremely helpful & accommodating. Our room (#352) was fabulous, & huge. We had a "breakfast" table & chairs, desk & chair, a sofa, 2 "living room" chairs, and enough closet space for... More

From the onset of booking the satff were extremely helpful in our planning, suggesting places to go and places to eat. On arrival we were so happy to have a room with such... More

We were originally booked in an agriturismo during the white truffle festival but due to some problems at that place, they rebooked us at hotel Castello instead. Beautiful place ---felt very historical styling in a castle while the interiors were redone in a very modern way. Breakfast was lovely and staff were superb --- genuinely nice, warm, friendly and went... More

The castle have an amazing view, the place takes you to a different view, the rooms are modern and perfectly combined to match with the castle style, it's 20 minutes away from Alba center and 20 min from local winerys, only bad part is the road to drive up and down.

Very nicely renovated castle in beattiful hilltop location. Interior is a bit modern and not very charming but very comfortable. Big and clean rooms (please improve quality of pillows) Very friendly staff, good breakfast and restaurant. Wine selection can be further improved Would very much recommend for short stay to explore Langhe.
