Small cozy hotel. The hostess was waiting for us at the door and greeted us by our name. We had a beautiful room with an excellent view of two volcanoes. We got a ATV tour to the Laguna Verde lake, and another to a waterfall, the sightseen was wounderfull. I do recomend it!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hotel Juayua!!! We stayed for three nights and felt like family. Alberto made our room available early in the day so we could crash after arriving from a red-eye flight. Our three children felt like they were in paradise and spent free time building a house out of bamboo for their resident bunny... More

We stayed in Hotel Juayua for 21 days. We were a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids ages 3-12. We stayed in room # 4. In our opinion for the size of the family it was the better of all the rooms. In order to review this hotel and the room objectively it will broken into categories. Hotel... More

We accidentally ended up in Hotel Juayua. We had indeed planned to go to Juayua, a wonderfull town with it's feria gastronómica (every weekend) and a great spot to stay at on the Ruta las Flores, but didn't have anything booked. We never had on our trip and always we got a room on our Central America round trip. On... More

We stayed at Hotel Juayua this month for what was to be 2 days. This is a very beautiful house (I wouldn't call it a hotel as it has the feel of a beautiful house with great gardens, a gorgeous scenic view and very pleasant people who take good care of you). We took the room upstairs and the view... More

Thanks to the reviews we booked a couple of rooms here for a night away from our beach resort. Very pretty area with waterfalls, volcanoes and coffee plantations to visit. The hotel is not luxurious but is reasonably priced and comfortable. The view is spectacular and the staff quiet, friendly and helpful. Hot water was a bit of a challenge... More

Beautiful setting, nice gardens complete with a rabbit. A wonderful relaxing solitude. Make sure your room has hot water and water pressure - not all of them do. But the staff is so nice they will work hard to fix whatever needs it.

I decided to go to Tazumal, Casa Blanca, Kaltepet and end up in Juayua for a couple of days over Thanksgiving. I checked around and found Hotel Juayua and it was available. Upon arriving, the staff was eager to help but not overwhelmingly as often is found here. The hotel was clean and the gardens were beautiful. The view is... More

We loved our stay so much in Hotel Juayua. For three of the days we were the only people there. So on the 2nd day they uncovered the pool. The staff work so hard. Fresh towels, and room cleaned daily. We were able to use the staff kitchen to save money. We found a promotion on their web page for... More
