I have been to this hotel at winter. I can't remember any place having worse food (not only hotels, ANY place) than this place. Also, the service & staff is so bad. Long story short, do not go there.

Chaos. The reception waiting for many. When we sat room was not clean. The restaurant is huge but regularly have to wait for a table. Only are many nice pools. Beach is terrible.Keep your towels because they steal other travelers. Generally do not recommend

My idea in brief: EXCELLENT: bars , pools, beach,food services. GOOD: sports,aqua park.disco,gym,,animations. Fair: jacosi (because of cold water), stuff behaviors. BAD: room carpets, too many Russians that can not speak english and some of them next to our room did not not let us sleep all nights long by terrible voice and crazy movements.
