Stay here one night as part of a tour and we arrived after dark, the staff were extremely helpful showing everyone to their rooms as the Hotel is a big spread out place. The rooms are 'tired' but very clean plenty of hot water which was very welcome after a long day sightseeing...... being a tourist can be hard work.... More

My husband and I decided to celebrate our Silver Wedding in Turkey and was disappointed during most of the holiday. The majority of this hotel is open to the elements, Reception, Restaurants, and Bars. This is okay during the day, but in the evening as the temperature dropped it was very cold and windy most nights. The room we were... More

Our room small, dark and now leaking water as fast as it rained outside...Housekeeping would turn up when they wanted..Massive hole and stained sheets on the bed linen..A... More

do not expect too much. absolutely not a 5stars hotel. has a long and wide, stony beach. pool is pretty large. rooms need renovation, cleanliness is fair. little bit smelly outside, between the buildings. unprofessional management and staff. poor food quality but wide variety. shows are very entertaining. majority is russian visitors so everything is Russian oriented.

From the moment you enter the complex at the 24/7 monitored gates, you are treated like royalty and nothing is ever too much trouble. I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. Many thanks to the General Manager Ulkay, Guest Relationship Manager Kristina and Serife for looking after me. It was so relaxing and enjoyable I didn't want... More

My wife and I visited the hotel from 15th September and stayed for 11 nights. We were allocated a ground floor room (5119) opposite tennis courts which was approx 3 mins walk to restaurant/pool/pool bar area. During our stay there were only a max of 3 other British couples who we sat with at night as the rest of guests... More

My stay at this hotel began a few days after the hotel had opened mid April. There were few guests and reduced services and facilities. It seemed a bit grim, like Butlins mixed with a soviet union prison camp but with palm trees. Few staff spoke english and there were one other english group out of the 200 or so... More
