Stayed in this nice little hotel on the canal and couldn't really fault it. Rooms adequate size with free wifi. Had a nice room on top floor overlooking the canal and was a lovely view (would definitely recommend paying for the canal view). Loads of bars and restaurants outside and close to everything. Would recommend reserving a car parking space... More

If you are going to visit Sete, it is probably because you want to explore the quaint town and the harbor so pay for the upgrade, it is worth it. As other reviewers have said, the room decor is a bit tired, but very serviceable. A well functioning and equipped bathroom and the AC worked well. This is essential as... More

Good basic hotel ideally placed for central Sete. As said before pay for the canal view as the view is superb. If arriving with a car do book a place in the hotel car park. Easy walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

The views made it a great place to stay so I would only recommend you stay here if you are willing to pay the extra euros to have a canal facing room. We were on the third (top) floor and loved looking out over the port and canal. Stunning! The rooms were clean but need updating and the shower didn't... More

We stayed here for one night, as part of a bike tour along the canal du midi. The hotel is beautiful and wel situated. We were within walking distance of many fine restaurants. The rooms were good sized and very quiet at night. Would have loved to stay another night. Will recommend.

Oversold. Our room certainly wasn't in the photos. Overlooking the 'interior courtyard' translated to looking down on 2 tiled roofs. Tired tired brown carpet and decor. Chipped and stained bath. All very passed its best. Clean but very faded glory. Far too many small stairs if you have any luggage or mobility problems.

We spent 2 nights at L'orque Bleue and found it to be the perfect location to explore the town. We had a canal-side room on the top floor which was spacious and airy with simple decoration. The separate bathroom and wc were also well sized. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that and our... More

Small hotel on the Grand Canal in Sete. This hotel is classed as a three star hotel but I Would consider it only a two star. The hotel rooms etc., looked lovely on the internet but the room we stayed in was small, no drawer space and very dated. It was 94 euros per room per night with no breakfast... More

Great small, hotel, on the Grand Canal in Sete. I booked through Booking.com, and requested a room with a view, these rooms were available but at a cost. I declined as thought it wasn't worth the extra cost for one nights stay. We found free parking on the canal side and on arrival got upgraded to a canal side view with... More

As other have said, this is a simple hotel with rather tired decoration. It was very hot and the air conditioning did not work in our room but all was forgiven because the view was so splendid (I may not have been so charitable had our stay ben longer). We had a top floor superior room with canal view -... More
