After a long drive from the South West , and for our last night in France, La Nuitee was just what was needed. We were welcomed by the charming Claude, shown to a quiet room at the back of the house, and given a welcomed cup of tea. The room was a good size, as was the bathroom. Chateau du... More

We arrived here having driven from the Dordogne. It was a very easy place to find straight off the A28. We were welcomed with home made cake and cups is tea Diane told us of a very good restaurant close by where I ate the best escargots I have ever tasted. Both Diane and Claude were must welcoming and we... More

We enjoyed our stay at this delightful B&B in the quaint town of Chateau du Loir. Diane and Claude are the most charming hosts who did their utmost to welcome us into their home. I loved the decor and style of La Nuitee; it is so French!! Our room was at the back of the property it was spacious, extremely... More

La Nuitée in Château du Loir is the perfect antidote for anonymous, antiseptic 'chain' hotels on the long drive to France's south-west. The town lies about halfway between Le Mans and Tours. Diane is English. She and her Breton husband, Claude, provide the best B & B service we've ever enjoyed almost anywhere in the world. There is easy, free... More

Whenever we go to France we book at the B&B of Claude and Dianne. It's always nice to come back and the reception is very friendly. The atmosphere feels like being at home. You can of course use this location as a stopover, but the area around Chateau du Loir gives you many opportunities to spend a good vacation. There... More

The B&B is situated 'behind the bandstand' in the center of Chateau du Loir. There is enough parking space in front of the house, and the city is a quiet town situated between Le Mans in the North and Tours in the South. Both are well worth visiting. It's a charming house, not very modern, but a really nice clean... More

Myself and my friend stayed here on our way to Lyon on our motorbikes. We found it quiet by chance after a long day on the road.Diane and Claude could not do enough for us including locking our bikes away for the night.( Diane's grandmother was from Enniscorty in Ireland as was my late mother). The room was very comfy with a... We stayed at this small B&B on our journey south, it comes highly recommended and I couldn't recommend it any higher, lovely hosts and in a great French town house to stay in, we had a family room which was huge and great views from the front across the square. Good beds and clean rooms and bathrooms, quick enjoyable breakfast... More

Located just off the D338, La Nuitee is very easy to find and not at all out of the way when doing the long north to south drive through France. On arrival at 7pm Madam greeted us with fresh tea, coffee and biscuits, a much welcomed refreshment after a long drive! Parking is easy and free and the building is... More

Saw the sign that there was a B&B behind the band stand when driving into town. It was easy to find and how glad we were we did. Warm welcome, lovely hosts, excellent room, a house with lots of character. Next time we're in the area, we'll be back. Highly recommended.
