Our 4 night stay in this little riad was excellent. We have arranged a grande taxi to pick us up from the airport as our flight was arriving late, and good that we did because we definitly would not find the hotel ourselves, especially late at night, as there is no signs from the main road towards the hotel. We... More

It was quite difficult to find it, but that is a common experience for Riads in Morocco. Sale Medina is, I have to say, not very attractive compering to other cities and next time I would rather pay bit more and stay in Rabat. Owners and Staff friendly but no communication in English. My first impression of Riad was nice... More

We arrived quite late coming from Fez. Had slight problems to find hotel as there is no proper signage and the city is a labyrinth. The lady that welcomed us did not speak any English, but we managed to speak somehow with our hands. She offered us mint tea which was very nice. We also got some take away and... More

Great service compared to others .There were issues and these were sorted very quickly. The Riadis stunningly decorated to give a classic Moroccan feel of paradise in a very quite area in the Sale medina. The rooftop is comfortable and the breakfast is great with a few extras.Staff are always present to help. The Medina is very authentic with traditional... More

Very beautifully restored but, there has been a cat and it has sprayed and the place stinks, so was kept awake all night , which seemed to last forever we came here to rest, the blue room decor in wonderful, hardest mattresses we have found so far and the room was acrid with tom cat smell, could not sleep all... Not only is Sale one of the nicest places in Morocco, but Riad Marlinea is also one of the best places to stay in the entire country. It is a tranquil oasis in the medina, with good views from the rooftop terrace, comfotable rooms, and a wide range of well-cooked food on offer. It was a shame to have to... More

A perfectly renovated and perfectly furnished riad in the old medina of Salé. Within walking distance of the beach and all the soukh shopping you will ever need. 10 minute walk to a tramway stop that will whisk you into the center of Rabat for 6 DH (give your ticket with some unused time to somebody queuing to buy one... The couple who own the hotel went out of their way to help me and my friends; they walked us down to the market late at night, as it was closing up, to help us look at the last minute for some very specific souvenirs, and then rose early to serve us breakfast before a very early-morning flight. They also... More

It is a special place in the heart of the medina of Sale. The breakfast is superbe and the rooms are very clean and stylish. But dont go during Ramadan; cause the f.... Imam was crying every morning 3.15; and the mosque is just next door :-/
