Stayed twice at this hotel during a visit to Afghanistan. The first thing that you experience is the security. One has to pass through a number of bullet proof doors and is frisked thoroughly. This being my first visit to Afghanistan, brings home the reality of the situation. However, once inside, all is fine and one realizes that the security... More

I stayed here for a business trip and was very impressed with the service. The front office manager in particular is friendly and helpful. The room was clean, if dated. A few issues though - the WiFi is terrible, which is a challenge on a business trip. The breakfast choice is pretty limited, especially for a westerner (though conference lunch... More

It is not the Serena Kabul, but then you would want a low profile hotel in Kabul. Security is extremely tight and you feel you are going into a prison, but then, this what you need in this city. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Bathrooms need to be redone, however clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly... More

Good, secure hotel serving international clientele. I learned after checking in that this hotel had been bombed in the past (slightly unnerving!), but thankfully everything was fine during my stay. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms appeared dated. Good gym. There was a daily breakfast buffet catering to various international tastes.

With plans to travel to Kabul for business, I realised there are not a huge number of hotels that are appropriate for visitors (no surprise really), and the one that was recommended turned out to be fully booked. So, based on reviews on TA, we decided to book the Safi. The security seemed fairly thorough as we arrived, which was... More

Located in Central Kabul. It has got good security cover and the staff is very cooperative and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic and Indian food is available on request. The room are good and spacious and it has got a mall inside the hotel and you can even enjoy the shopping experience without stepping out of your hotel.

I stayed in Safi Lankmark Hotel for the first month I spent in Kabul before moving to house. The hotel features quite tight security system. The rooms are good and clean. The service is above average. The evening bouffet and the complementary breakfast, on the other hand, are great. I did not feel that the internet service and the food... More

Well maintained hotel, very clean room, corridors and facilities. Reasonable pricing, especially for 1 and 2 bedroom suites. Shopping and cafe available in the same building. Just opened new big mall right next to the hotel.
