We stayed in early May. The location is superb. The hotel was clean although the weather was great. Couples should avoid school holidays unless they love kids although I can well see the appeal for families in July and August. The food was really good with a a lot of varied choice which represented excellent value for money.

Overall this hotel is great - especially for famillies and you could not ask for a better location in Son Bou. Food - Plenty of choice and always well cooked and hot. The Sol Milanos Pinguinos went far beyond my expectations. My husband and I stayed there September 2011 and never have I been to hotel where the brochure reflects the hotel but this one did. We stayed here in August 2011.Us and our 9 year old daughter.Rooms were basic, a bit small but clean and cleaners were very good and friendly each day.Pool was very cold a lot of the time, especially on overcast days when nobody would be in it.Very disappointing for the children who could only sit and look at it!BEWARE...do not buy...
