The hotel is well set up for toddlers, lots of open space, buffet style restaurant, swings and slides and planty of pools at both the prestige and the sister hotel. We had a ground floor suite (requested) so that we were able to sunbathe outside when our little boy had his afternoon nap. We also utilised the living room by... more

Having read all the reviews, I had great expectations, and I wasn't disappointed. This is in all respects a great place, especially if you're travelling with young children. While the club part of the hotel is quite busy and has a good, though not outstanding service, the prestige part is up to the standards of a 5 star hotel. The... more

We stayed at the prestige for a week at the beginning of September 2007, with our 9 months old baby girl. We wanted somewhere where we could enjoy hotel amenities but the added benefit of self-catering style accomodations so this place was perfect. There are only i think about 14 blocks in a seperate area away from their sister hotel.We... more

We spent 10 days at the Insotel Punta Prima Prestige in July 2008 (just before English school holidays). We were a little apprehensive as we have a 2 year old and this was really the first holiday we have taken with him into unknown territory!! However our apprehension was short lived! Being in the prestige part means you have bigger... more

We stayed at the Punta Prima Prestige Suites for a week half-board at the end Aug/early Sep 2006. Accommodation was first rate - we booked a Family suite. It was technically a 1 bedroom suite (King size bed for us, good sofa beds in the living area for the kids), but large sliding doors separating the bedroom/living area meant you... more

came back from the resort 7th of October. What can i say anyone who is thinking of going here the accomodation is fantastic the service is excellent, apart from mardy on reception. The resort is very quiet and scruffy. The rooms are very large and kept very clean and the facilities first class. We had a family suite for two... more

This was our first holiday with our baby (4 1/2 months old) - for 2 weeks from 4th sept. I agree with all comments from mid Aug review with a few points added / expanded. Good stuff Perfect time / place for taking toddlers / infants -I'd say 75% there were in mid 20's to mid 40's with young babies.... more

Our experience is similar to another recent review. Having booked this hotel for a quiet family break several weeks ago, 2 days before departure we were advised of a 'terrible misunderstanding' that had resulted in over-booking. With no notice at all we were given no option but to accept a room at the lesser adjacent Punta Prima, or cancel our... more
