We've lost count of how many times we've been here because it simply is that good - an outstanding B&B with stunning rooms, fantastic breakfasts and ideally located for Bath and surrounding areas. We will no doubt be back again later in the year!

What a remarkable find this B&B was. Tim was a delightful host and the rooms were modern and very comfortable. The property is beautiful and features gorgeous gardens, fruit trees, goats and chickens. We thought the breakfast offerings were fantastic. Made with freshly laid eggs from the aforementioned chickens. One morning a member of our party asked for a fruit... More

Highly recommend this B&B. We stayed here for two nights at the end of November and thoroughly enjoyed it. Tim is an excellent host. He remembered the occasion we were celebrating, was careful not so spoil any surprise, and even lit us a candle. The B&B is easy to find and only a short drive away from Bath and some... More

Stayed here for a 2 night stay at end of November. Tim made us feel so welcome and it felt like home from home.breakfast was out of this world. All fresh and serves with such care and attention to detail. The room was beautiful. Clean, fresh, quiet. Couldn't ask for anything more. Can't wait to go back. The garden, chickens... More

We stayed there in september for nearly one week, our first holidays in the english countryside. It was absolutely lovely, a cosy cottage, not too traditional. The owners are so kind and are taking care for the well-beeing of their guests. An absolutely delicous braekfast was served every morning with the best porridge ever and fresh fruit. the rooms, very... More

The house is beautiful, modern and immaculate. Room was comfortable and well appointed. The hosts are super helpful and friendly. It felt like we were staying at a friends house! They gave excellent recommendations for dinners and places to go in the area. Breakfast was amazing...everything home made. Eggs are compliments of the resident chickens. Did I say the breakfast... Our host Tim welcomed us at the Conservatory door and it felt like we'd come "home". A tray of tea and Biscuits was very soon provided and Tim proceeded to light a log fire for us to unwind in front of, luckily it wasn't cold out but the fire was a cheering sight. Breakfast is outstanding with a huge selection... More

Delightful host, welcoming, extremely knowledgeable about places to visit & local pubs for evening meals. Room was delightful & the breakfast surpassed all expectations. Little touches like the homemade jams & Tims mums marmalade make this place special. Lots of return visitors & we will be one of them ! Perfect.

Lovely family run B&B, with superbly finished flats. Wonderful place to stay, very accommodating and very kids friendly. Short drive into Bath, and Farmborough is itself a lovely little community to walk around.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here in July2014. Apologies for not reviewing earlier. Our room was spotless, comfortable and the B&B is located just out of the bustle of Bath. It was perfect and Tim our host was so obliging and helpful, providing us with maps and fantastic suggestions for memorably wonderful dinners. he even made our reservations.... More
