Me and a friend stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for the purposes of visiting the Hang En cave( pls check out my review of this cave, under Oxalis adventure). I write this review in that context. I find the rooms spacious and appropriate, but my friend felt that the sheets smelt a little funny. This hotel does seem... More

You could not compare this hotel with the other hotel from the city. Just enjoy the peaceful night and a nice sleep before the cave activity, as the town got NOTHING. Nice view in the morning as it's located right beside of the river. Breakfast available for one set each person (Noodles or Bread) Room is old, facilities are there... More

The hotel is right by the boat station for the caves, so ideal from that perspective and you get a nice view of the river from the reception/restaurant. Rooms are functional and clean. Our hot water heater didn't seem to work, even though it said it was on. Friendly staff and breakfast was noodles soup or eggs.

A pretty good hotel, or should i say motel. The front desk was very friendly. The rooms were cozy, clean and comfortable with little facillity. The breakfast were good, but there're only two options, either noodle or eggs and bread. I'll rate you 3 stars

There's not much to Phong Nah - this hotel is about the best. Lovely location on the river and it's quiet. Breakfast was not the greatest - chose the omlette and bread (good) NOT the noodle soup! Not much English spoken but enough to get by. Is clean and there's AC and hot water and wifi is good. We popped... More

The bed was very firm. Little English spoken. Nice location but no view from room. A/C worked well and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good once we sorted out our options. Decent choice for the price. Appear to be expanding so I expect improvements.

Quiet hotel far from the main road, look out on the river, beautiful building and clean rooms. Only one person among the staff could speak english but we manage to make ourselves understand. About the area : it's amazing what you can do, cave explorations, canoe, kayak, trekking, not to mention the beauty of the preserved nature in this parc.... More

The hostel ist good located in the center, a bit difficult to find, when you arrive with the Nightbus! The staff is helpful and you can book good trips to the nationalpark. The dorm on the 4th floor had a nice balcony with an awesome view! Would stay there again.

The trip to Phong Nha Ke Bang from the coast is nothing short of spectacular and the cave itself is worth the journey! The Saigon Phong Nha hotel is ideally located near the departure point for boats taking visitors to Phong Nha cave. Rooms are adequate, rates are reasonable and food in the restaurant is good. A good place to... More
