Traveling with a family in Europe is not so easy. We find it rather difficult to find hotels that accommodate our young family of 4 without demanding an extra room. The Bilderberg Hotel De Buunderkamp is a wonderful exception. We got a great deal on a deluxe room with 2 big, comfortable beds that offered a great night's sleep. The... More

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It is very good situated in a quiet place. The room is large enough but the bathroom good use an update. The breakfast was excellent! Fresh products and a lot of choice, local products. We also had dinner in the hotel which was very good. You should definately go to the National... More

Chose this hotel for its proximity to all the attractions of the local area, the Open Air Museum, the Hoge Veluwe National Park etc that we really do love to visit. The room (junior suite) was good, clean and pleasant. Staff at the bar and restaurant were swift and efficient, despite our Dutch being practically non existent, I feel very... More

We stayed for a weekend and received a very warm and professional welcome. We took a package including bike rental, 3 course dinner and tickets to the Airborne Museum. For a small extra we took the suite and the late check-out (allows you to stay till 1700 hours). The suite was spacious and modern with very comfortable beds. The swimming... More

We booked a mystery weekend (weekendjeweg.nl) in a Bilderberg hotel which did not allow me to specify a room type. When finding out it was to be a 'comfort' room I was a bit apprehensive that it would be small and without a balcony. I phoned beforehand to ask about it and they promised me a room with a balcony... This is a comfortable hotel with a nice swimming pool, modern and clean rooms, good food in the restaurant however the service was very slow which we complained about and they did resolve it satisfactory.

Together with friends we enjoyed a very nice weekend at this hotel. We opted for a deluxe room with twin beds and shower. Unfortunately, not all deluxe rooms have a balcony and although we made the reservation in June already, the rooms with balcony were gone. We could have an update to a junior suite but these do not have... More

A very nice hotel and comfortable rooms containing beds with superb mattresses and quality linen. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good, a large selection. Nice lounge but price for a glass of wine was prohibitive.

I haven't got the faintest idea why people say this hotel is dated. One can just as well say it looks like newly built, as nothing is old or old-fashioned. It is cosy, clean ,beautiful. I had a spacious Junior Suite although had booked a cheap deal ("secret Bilderberg hotel") at some website. Nice big room with nice furniture, super... More

Though we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, mainly the large rooms and nice quiet surroundings, I cannot say it doesn't have some issues. I think the Buunderkamp has an identity issue where some of its features belong to a country-side 4 star hotel while other features like its facade and some furnishing belongs to youth-hostel.
