“Good Service - Average rooms”

Staff were very good,humble and at your service always. They helped with all details asked to them. The bell boys did their work with smile. “Fill Comfort yourself at Gangtok while stay in Central Hotel”

All the staff are very humble and cordial, They are making their best effort to make your stay comfertable. The room qualites was very good. Room service was very good and all the staff are make you fill like home.

The behavior of the staff are very bad.There ifs no telephone or bell or something to communicate for room service.The manager is the biggest disappointment in the whole.He always try to mislead you.Please be aware of his words.We had our Gangtok sight seen at only 800 rs /cab where he was asking about 1250 rs/cab for the same. Nice cosy hotel with all basic facilities, close to main market. Staff very courteous & always willing to help. Ambiance as great , rooms were very spacious I will definitely recommend this hotel to every one.

I stayed in this hotel during my visit to Gangtok. The service boy was drunk and serving. View is very good. But not worth the money we pay to stay in this hotel. Don't know of other hotels in gangtok so I couldn't compare with other hotels. To be precise it deserves two star and not 3 star.

I have stayed in the hotel earlier also when i went on business trip . But this time it was a leisure trip fo rme.
