We were hare for a night on way to Darjeeling...ok for a stopover,the rooms furnishig were basic , limited car parking. The food was good, the reception was not very coperative. The hotel is located around 12 km from the Airport. its on way to Gangtok & Darjeeling

It was a good stay and convenient from another end of the city. However, the hospitality of the front office needs to be improved and noise at night have to be curtailed for sound sleep of guests to come again and again.

very bad experience, no hot water in bathroom, 1700/- is expensive for a night. it should be 1100/ all rooms require geyser. service not upto mark. behaviour must be polite. most poorest thing is reception, receptionists are very very very very bad behaving.

THIS hotel was not worth the $40 dollars a night! Ive stayed in bicer hotels in the US for that amount. This is a $15 a night hotel.The rooms are small and run down, the bathroom dirty and gross. However, the food at the restaurant was very good. the Naam was awesome and so was the chai. Cheap too!

We booked this hotel as a stop over on our way back to Delhi and booked a deluxe ac room , we knew Siliguri has nothing going for it so weren't expecting much although this made it worse than we were expecting.
