Just back (16/11) after a great week in Los Cristianos...weather was great,sunny mid 70s so just perfect. We stayed at Arona Gran Hotel...really impressed ...on arrival ,entrance/foyer/reception is stunning.....where staff are friendly and efficient. Just returned from a weeks holiday and wish it had been for longer. Hotel reception area had WOW factor on arrival and the whole hotel was clean, peaceful and well laid out. We found the rooms very clean and well serviced ,cleaning staff were very friendly and courtous at all times.the location is very good all the facilities are top rate,the only part that we were diiapointed with was the in hotel shops range was dissapointing. Having read reviews before booking, we were not disappointed. We booked direct with the hotel who arranged for taxi transfers from the airport.
