Me and my travel partner are both 20 years old, we went here for two weeks, when we arrived we got checked in straight away and were given our keys, we got put on the first floor which is high up enough to get the most incredible views, we were also offered to upgrade to all inclusive for ten euros... A well located hotel, close to the beach and many Restaurants and bars. Remember this is a THREE STAR Hotel and you get what you pay for, the breakfasts not brilliant but dinners and teas were fine however some of the food could have been warmer. We upgraded to All Inclusive and @10 euros a day each was a no... More

We arrived late at night in early March 2014. We could not hear a word the chap on the desk was saying and he could not hear us, Not a good start. The noise from the music was ear piercing far to loud. It turned out this Loud Music was played every night, the only alternative was in the bar... More

My mother in law visited this hotel and was basically disappointed. It was incredibly hot, the room was like a sauna. You would therefore think that air conditioning would be available in the standard (but not cheap) rooms but no, you would think this was 1980. When this was complained about she was told "well this is Spain madam". So... More

Dear Turnhill, First of all, I would like to thank you very much if your mother in law has chosen us to spend her holiday and takes some of her valuable time to infom us about her stay. We are very sorry because of her negative impression regarding our facilities and service. On the other hand, you should know how... More

We stayed st the Princesa Dacil from 8th to 15th August 2014 and were delighted with almost every aspect of the hotel. Our rooms were on the 4th floor, car park side and contrary to other reviews were quiet and had ceiling fans which were great. One of our rooms was for 3 people and we were delighted to see... More

I stayed here in august for the second time this year after staying in June too. My two negatives are that it is very busy in school hols but then it is a large hotel so to be expected. The air con in the superior rooms are noisy and make it hard to sleep at night. Apart from this overall... More

Negatives first. Party of 5 Stayed 10-22nd August. Had two rooms. NO Air Con! Or fridge. As a birthday celebration upgraded 1 room to superior (these are on 13-15th floor and only for 2 people. Although we did see a third bed in one room) at a cost of €200. Fridge not much good. The hotel has been up around... More

The hotel is perfectly located and the rooms were fine. We stayed b&b and the breakfast wasn't up to much and getting a lift down the 11 flights of stairs can be a nightmare at breakfast time. As tenerife is so cheap id recommend eating away from the hotel and if you have a family requesting a lower level room.... More

Firstly let me start by saying ignore any negative reviews you may read. It seems that some people are only happy when they have something to complain about! My hubby, our two boys aged 6 and 3 and myself stayed here on an All Inclusive basis from the 6th-20th August and we had a fab fab time! The hotel and... More
