Stayed on with my daughter on an All inclusive basis in April. We had a room on a high floor and was pleasantly surprised when we entered the room. Very spacious, Air conditioned, very clean and fresh. We didn't eat evening meals in the hotel restaurant as we discovered a restaurant up the road (Restaurante Margarita) which was fantastic. Breakfast... More

Hotel dated on outside, lovely on inside. However very clean and rooms very spaciaous. Staff were not overly friendly once entered hotel on arrival which was abit disapointing. Food was not great, same old same old and very greasy. Although resturant staff very on the ball taking away plates and laying out fresh food. My boyfriend and i went all... More

Not impressed by the external view. What a pity because this is a very good hotel. Plenty of facilities, lovely big rooms, good food. Staff are helpful and friendly. Public areas are well maintained and external facilities, (including pool) are excellent.

We visited here as a large group with four rooms being booked between 9 people of varying ages. The hotel looks dated from outside but is actually very nice inside. Our check in took longer than was reasonable. Not what you want after a long flight etc other than this the service was good. Rooms were always clean (even when... More

Stayed here for a week in July 2014, although rooms are older, it was a pleasant stay and extremely clean. We were staying on the top floor, mentioned by other guests at the hotel that as you get nearer the top the rooms are better? Would have been interesting to see some of the other rooms and compare? We were... More

This Hotel ticked all the boxes for a fortnights holiday with my partner. First impressions were not good after being up all night for a very early morning flight, our room was not ready on arrival. We had to wait for more than 2 hours. We were able to store our luggage but was unable to purchase drinks as it... More

Having read some of the negative reviews and now spent a week at this hotel It never ceases to amaze me what some people expect and complain about. We travelled with Jet2 on 9th July for 1 week half board, when we checked in we were offered the option of all inclusive for an extra 10 euro each per day,... More
