We stayed here for a few days, the rooms where nice and spacious very clean but the bathroom needs an upgrade and there is no kettle. Also the beds are two singles pushed together to make a "double". The staff at the hotel are wonderful, everyone was very friendly and happy to help. The activities the hotel provide are also... More

Stayed for 10 nights and overall would recommend the Big Sur hotel. We'd booked a sea view room and upon arrival we were upgraded to a 2nd floor suite - bigger terrace with sun beds and umbrella - great to relax on in the evening so a great surprise. One minor downside - the room design meant that the adjoining... More

We stayed 20-27th June 2015. Staff were fantastic from start to finish. The hotel is in a brilliant position and we were upgraded to a sea-view room on the 7th floor! I would definitely recommend this hotel! If you're going to Los Cristianos go here!

We had a 7th floor room which was spotless when we arrived and throughout our stay the room service was excellent, bed linen changed every other day. everything you could wish for was there for us, food, staff, and facilities all absolutely excellent. We stayed 12-26 June,on arrival we had a bucks fizz whilst checking in which was quick. Our room was on the 5th floor overlooking the main road, quiet, good view of the mountains. The room was good but could do with more drawers.Coffee machine but a travel kettle is recommended.Plenty to do during the day darts, mini golf, snooker but no pressure to get people to... Everything you could wish for in an adult only hotel. Great location, hotel, food and staff. The only thing that lets this hotel down is that they do not adhere to their sunbed policy. People were reserving sunbeds at 7:30am and going off shopping etc. They left sunbeds unoccupied for 2-3 hours. How selfish!!

Spent one week at the beginning of June. Had a mountain view room on 3rd floor, which was a very good size, modern, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable beds, with nespresso coffee machine, balcony with two chairs and small coffee table. We stayed on half board and food was very delicious. Plenty of choice. Breakfast: sausages, scrambled eggs, beans,... More

Just back from an 11 day holiday here. Rooms are a good size and definitely get a sea view. Nice touch with the robes and slippers but the Nespresso coffee blew your socks off and the clock/radio needed resetting every time you go out. TV was a bit dodgy at times and we lost channels at times. Breakfast was a... More
