Stayed 24Apr-03 May HB and had a great time. Big big hotel full of marble and greenery inside and lots of tasteful furniture. At the far end of resort, so away from anyone selling their wares or timeshares. We opted for a taxi transfer from the airport, which was 25euros each way, but only takes 10minutes, so no waiting around.

No queues at reception and speed check-in, including token for free glass of Cava (or soft drink). Service throughout hotel very professional but friendly. There are daytime activities (archery, rifle shooting, shuffleboard etc.) but no pressure to join in. Nice big pools though a bit cold, though it was still April/May.

Majority of clientele on the elderly side, but did mean a peaceful time round the pool. No problem getting a sunbed, though several days were cloudy, which might have helped.
