By far the worst hotel we stayed in during a month of travelling round SE Asia. We don't have high expectations of hotels in this part of the world- read my other posts- they are largely positive. But this was just dreadful- and the most expensive hotel out of the 10 we stayed in during our trip around the region.... More

This hotel was really dirty and the sheets were threadbare, when I arrived there were people all sitting on the floor in the corridor, with the room I was going to open for them to use the bathroom. The bathroom was a all in one shower, toilet and basin all combined, and the shower was leaking, so the floor n... More

Ok, we stayed here with a group...and the rooms were terrible even dangerous. One couple of the group did find some rat excreta on the floor, which was very disgusting of course. Most of the rooms were very dirty, a lot of mold in the bathroom etc. But my room, was top! You have to look at the pictures to... More

This hotel is like so many other provincial hotels/guesthouses in SEA. It is functional and clean but with no extras like decor or service. It is not supposed to be a tourist hotel - just a place to sleep. The room had good AC, satellite TV, good free wifi and a clean bed and bathroom for $15. A fan room... More

On the surface this place looks like a decent small town business hotel. They do manage to keep the linen and floors clean and we had a perfectly reasonable night's sleep, and yet there is now way I will stay here next time I visit Kampong Cham. Atmosphere is probably the most subjective factor that you could rely on in... More

When I arrived at the hotel the desk person worked extra hard to be unwelcoming. It was mid-day, maybe I was keeping him from his nap time. I have never encountered a worse attitude on the part of a hotel desk clerk. The room he assigned me to was on a wing of the hotel directly above a music hall... More

If you are unable to book another hotel or guesthouse, and do not intend to spend much time in your hotel: it's not unacceptable. This hotel does not have a soul. Staff is there, and hands you your key, that's it - no more no less. There is a club outside; it did not really bother us, but we think... More

Stayed here 3 nights. The room was a bit small but Ok for $12. The staff could have been friendlier although the woman on reception was really nice. The location was alright but a bit of a walk to the centre and riverside, about 10 mins. If you are male and single watch out for women working in the hotel... More
