Good location on the Mekong with a terrace. Rooms are very very standard, not very clean, neither is the bathroom. But it's very cheap and there's not much choice in Kampomg Cham. They organised me a lovely motorbike trip around the city and on the island in front of Kampomg Cham. Staff is lovely.

Stayed here for one night and had to take a room because the (super huge, but only four beds!!) dorm was full. Quite charming (talking about local charm here) atmosphere and nice family who owns the place. However my fan room was quite warm (rather hot) and didn't really cool down during the night as it was located inside the... More

I stayed 2 nights in the beginning of February. I payed 10$ for a single room (the only one on the ground floor) and I had bed bugs... I tell that to the owner the next day, he told me that he will change the mattress, he said sorry told me he would clean the room completely but he did... More

We stay here few days, and had a 5$ room. At this price, the room was ok, enought clean for us. The shared bathroom was clean, but old. Don't expect a palace bathroom (for 5$ !) The owner speak english and can help you for renting bike/motorbike or arranging some tours. He was a little bit insistent for selling us... More

I came back to this place twice because it really felt like family to me! The accomadation is really cheap and pretty clean as well, its location is good and the food is delicious! The staff is really nice and will do the best they can for you! Also, the family that run this guesthouse is warm and their children... More

Hotel and beds are a bit old but ok for the price, stayed there 3 nights. Our room was spacious with view on the Mekong. Food is very good at the restaurant. Nice staff, helpfull (you can rent scooter or bike with good price)

Having read that this is the #2 place to stay in Kampong Cham I was sure if would be fine, but once we arrived it couldn't be further from the truth. Let's just say Harry Potter had it good sleeping in that closet under the stairs compared to what the rooms were like here. And these "massive balconies" and unfinished... More

You could not pay me to stay there! The place is the worst accommodation option I have ever seen. And I have slept on the floor in a hut in the jungle in Thailand. We read about the place in lonely planet's guide on Cambodia and actually tried to make a reservation online to make sure we could stay there.... More

My wife and I spent one night in Kampong Cham. The room was cheap, $8/night, but we got what we paid for. It was huge with very thin mat, but not clean enough. The bathroom had mould almost everywhere, needed serious cleaning, hot water in the (bad looking) bathtub had very low pressure, with dripping taps and pipes. The fan... More

I only spent one night in Kompong Cham on my way to Mondulkiri Province. The Sunrise has cheap rooms for only $5/night and you certainly get what you pay for. The room was big and clean enough. The shared bathrooms on the other hand could have used a more regular cleaning. The common area/resaurant/bar was decent and has a pool... More
