well were to start ... this hotel is sublime. the food is amazing every day the chefs cooking you fresh island fish to on the bone barbecue chicken . every one on reception or at the bar is very friendly and most important of all they all speak perfect english . the rooms were spotless with fresh sheet on everyday... more

The reception staff are very un organised, be prepared to wait a long while when you arrived. The beach restaurant not very good at all, the main restaurant is much better. Overall great! No major issues, great staff, fun for kids, close to town, nice beach, great pools, and the food was pretty decent. For a fun family vacation resort stay, we highly recommend this hotel in Ibiza! Five minute walk to Space if you are a clubber!!! We never heard the music either. more

This is a Thomson Platinum 4*+ hotel and it certainly deserves the rating. When i stayed at palladium we were a big party of people with adults and teenagers. We stayed all includive which was just as well as the food was marvelous.
