The service was really bad, and some of the staff members were quite rude. No help to get from staff, for example asked them to make a phone call for us and ask for opening times at a historical attraction we wanted to visit. Receptionist told us: Phone does not work (big lie), call from a pay phone yourselves. The... more

Holiday spoilt because of hotel - full of teenagers, too much noise day and night, paper thin walls and loud music from the rooms. Food was terrible with no variety which seemed to cater purely for Spanish. Poor entertainment and unpleasant staff - only decent thing about the hotel would be the location. more

We stayed via the OK hotel booking site that directs you to various hotels close to each other. This is a large hotel, rooms where cleaned and bedding changed each day. Our room had a balcony with a lovely view. We stayed on a B & B rate, the breakfast was held in a large restaurant with two duplicate serveries... more

Spent three nights there in May 2009 on a trip with friends. I had my own room and three beds(!), and it was only 25 euros per night. Not much was included, but I was simply looking for a room. It was very clean, with a balcony, and was close to the beach. The pool was a nice bonus too.... more

I read the reviews of this place beforehand, but was on a budget and thought, oh well - if it sucks then at least I'm not paying much. I got to Ibiza late evening on September 21st of 2008 by taxi, nobody was really waiting in line, took me about 10 minutes to check in. I speak basic Spanish but... more

BE WARNED ! Had researched Hotel ,near to beach and lively nightlife which was the reason we booked. Arrived at Hotel by taxi from the Airport at 2pm Hotel Foya heaving with mostly Italians who they preferred to check in first. After waiting 20 mins handed over paper work (receptionist did not speak hardly any english) we were told they... more

Disgusted with this hotel, worst I have ever stayed in. Air con unit and telephone didn't work, the walls were paper thin so the shouting and the randy couples felt like they were in with you. The food was completely unpalatable and finished far before the allotted hour. To top off my five day stay the maids stole £235 worth... more

The quality of food was very poor and during the night too much confusion. Not good for kids and families. May be interesting for young clubbers but the food quality is very poor. more

Hotel Mare Nostrum was in a pleasant location very close to the beautiful beach (Playa d'en Bossa) and about a 15 - 20 minute walk to Ibiza Town. Also very close to Space and Bora Bora, however we went during the off season and it was wonderfully peaceful as none of clubs had opened up yet. The worst part of... more
