Stayed 2 weeks end of march. It really is a very good hotel, but attention to a couple of niggles please.Only 1bar open 19.00 to 21.00 and normally only 1 barman and although he Mohamed was very efficient this is really ridiculous as sometimes 20 in the queue! Also often queuing for freshly cooked meat/fish at lunch and dinner(not small queues)... More

This is an all-inclusive hotel with excellent food served by people with the customer always in mind. The variety and quantity of main meals was a delight, but not if you're after traditional British food: there's almost none on offer. Most visitors were German, which makes conversation difficult if you don't speak the language (or Spanish) as staff too know... More

Nice hotel, came on honeymoon so did come for relaxing, so wasn't to bad however if you were coming for a bit of fun and night life it is not the place to come, also hardly any English people. Food average but very repetitive ate out twice while here for one week, all inclusive ends at 11, which means no... More

Very clean hotel , good position in resort.Good staff on the whole with a few slightly unhelpful staff.Let down by repetitive poor quality food in a dining area that is like a self service canteen....definitely not 4 star food.Other hotel chains are much better at all inclusive.Hotel lacks holiday feel mainly due to nature of most guests and public areas... The experience at the Pajara Beach for one week was good and didn't throw up any bad experiences, we have made a note to ourselves as to what to do if we ever went again. Our room 2515 was not a sea facing room as advertised but looks out onto the hotel staff car park, it also doesn't have a... More

Couldn't fault the hotel at all but not much of a resort near by. A very large hotel, 9 floors (1 on the top & 9 at the bottom) Great thought is needed when travelling from the 7th floor to the restaurant on the 6th floor-up in the lift to floor 3, a 5 minute walk then into another lift... More

Firstly we would like to point out how great the staff were - all of them, without exception, They were friendly, helpful and efficient. What lets this hotel down is its ridiculous design. It takes so long to get from one place to another often requiring a combination of two lifts which are some distance apart - or you could... More

In my opinion this is a true 4* hotel. I read a lot of reviews before I book a Holliday (I'm sad) and none of them do this hotel justice. Food = excellent Room= excellent Bed= super king size. Excellent Facilities = excellent Location = it's not in the Centre of the resort. It's about 10 to 15 mins Walk... More

Was not impressed at first with reception staff feel they needed a refresher course. Older staff more efficient. In one week we had 4 separate rooms but eventually got a exceptional one overlooking the beach. Pillows are so flat we had to request another which was given quickly.Do ask for a room from floor 4 upwards. No complaints about the... More

Very good, clean hotel, occupied by 95% Germans, who were very polite and friendly to me, a lone traveller. The all inclusive food plan was very good at all meal times, with good variety, and freshly cooked omelettes at breakfast, and freshly cooked fish and meat at lunch and dinner, along with usual salad bar, soup, stew type dish, and vegetables.Deserts mostly cake style, but always ice cream, melon and fresh fruit,and...
