Hotel Beatriz is stuck in the 70's with carpets in the rooms which make the rooms smell musty and apart from the reception, staff who are straight from fawlty towers. Service Excellent check in staff who were quick and efficient as well as knowing a lot about the island. Rooms cleaned daily and to a great standard, showing effort.
