Just back from a windy week at the Lanzarote Bay Hotel. We booked via Travel Republic on a self catering basis - we like to do this rather than all inclusive so we can get out and about the resort trying different bars and restaurants. On arrival whilst checking in we were asked by one of the staff if we... more

Stayed at the hotel March 22 to 29th, checked in swiftly, room basic but nice and clean. Paid for a safe, but found it wasnt fastened in, we could lift it out of the wardrobe, reported it to reception and it took 3 days to get sorted. The room was kept really clean with clean towels each day. Pool towels... more

Me, my husband and 4yr old stayed at the Lanzarote Bay for 1 week on the 24th March. The weather was fairly good, a couple of days we had cloud and spots of rain but most days were sun-bathing weather. Pool area good but too cold! I wouldn't recommend eating at the pool bar, very little on offer and birds... more

I stayed at the Lanzarote Bay for a week in March, with a friend. It's a nice hotel, but it is just a 3 star hotel, and not a 4 star, as some other reviewers have mentioned. The food is average, it was warm, but it's not a delight, and it is quite a mish-mash of food on your plate.... more

This hotel does exactly what is says on the label. it is not a 4 or 5 star resort but provides very adequate facilities on a AI rate that is more than reasonable. We went with our son, wife and grandsons aged 3 and 7 months. The rooms/apartments have all you could want and are well decorated and furnished. We had... more

A friend and I stayed at the Lanzarote Bay Aprthotle 14th to 21st Feb and we had a brilliant time. It was our third trip to Lanzarote but our first to Costa Teguise. Rooms: Very nice and large, well equipped and as we were in Block C, lovely sunny balcony. The room was as big as a small flat and... more

After the blip on our first day we finally had our holiday at this hotel, the one we planned. We found reception to be extremely friendly and helpful. The all inclusive meant just that and there were no hidden extra's (unless you wanted branded drinks) .We found the dining room to be run very efficiently and the food was hot and... more

Booked in the New Year for a mid Feb holiday to celebrate 1st Wedding Anniversary..found this hotel there and it said it was a 4 Star..not until all booked up (through Thomas Cook) that it transpired it was a 3 Star plus (whatever that means)..?? Recently refurbished very well indeed and immaculately clean everywhere! Lovely pool area with USUALLY plenty... more

A friend and I stayed at this hotel from 12th til 19th Feb and absolutely loved it!! The rooms were spacious, clean and well equiped with lovely balconys. There is heating and air-con in every room. The pool area was clean, tidy and modern, although the pool was cold!!! It didn't stop most people though!! The restaurant and pool side... more
