Went for a week but didn't want to leave- should've gone for two. Big, clean rooms, 2 single beds pushed together for a double but wasn't really a problem. Fan in bedroom looked as if it was about to fall off when turned on! Shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars a 5 min walk away but nightlife was very quiet even... more

We booked a week before we left, £360 each for the week, not bad for all inclusive, not many holiday makers and mainly spaniards, average age 60+, food ok, no air conditioning though in restraunt, night time entertainment more bad than good, staff friendly enough, room spacious, seperate bedroom, fridge, tv etc, bar area very hot and not well set... more

This hotel is brilliant value for money and is great for families. Never seen one cockroach while we were there and in fact no creepy crawlies (just the ones by the pool who winged about everything). The staff were hard working and friendly and everyone round the pool became good friends apart from two people who should have booked a... more

Reception on arrival was awful. Took ages to check in because of all the old spanish people taking ages to check in. Found our room ok. Food was average. some days was nice some was awful. room very standard. cracked tiles. mouldy baths. cleaners dont really clean. just pick up rubish on the floor and empty bins. lucky to get... more

I was told this was a 3 star hotel and I felt that was correct. The pool was not too hot - no people standing about talking so ample room for swimming. We were all inclusive and there was a good range of tasty food and plenty of it. The staff were very friendly and made our stay very pleasant.... more

we had a lovely time and had no problems at all. it is a 3 star hotel and you get what you pay for. some people seems to expect 5 star standards when paying 3 star prices. We enjoyed the food. we didnt eat at the pool side as the food in the restaurant at lunch time was really nice... more

These are 3 star apartments. Yes they needed a bit of up dating but were very clean. The staff worked day and night and always had a smile on their face. We were pleased to see a full english breakfast as well as continental. For lunch we usually had a large salad and dinner was good as well. Reception staff... more

Just returned after spending 5 days at the Oasis Timanfaya. We had a lovely time. We booked all inclusive but were given a large spacious apartment with fridge, cooker microwave etc. The apartment was spotless and was cleaned most days ( Sunday and Tuesdays were the cleaners days off). We were given clean towels each day. The food was OK.... more

The apartment was basic but clean and spacious. We found the staff friendly and helpful. We reported a maintenance issue and it was fixed in a couple of hours. The food was varied, always fish and at least two meat choices and fresh varied salads. Pasta was always available. There was a shortage of sunbeds, I agree. If you want... more
