I went with my partner for a week of doing nothing but relaxing. We did just that. The hotel is basic, its clean, comfortable and quiet. I got a cheap deal but would have been happy to pay more, Food is buffet style as are most all inclusives, the selection was not vast and chips were on every day however... More

After reading the recent reviews for this hotel I was very apprehensive about visiting. It was my first time in Lanzarote and we booked it as a late deal. We have just returned and I found it a very nice hotel. It is a bit basic but it is very clean and the rooms are very spacious. We went all... More

We were all inclusive at this awful hotel for 10 nights 14th to 24th January 2012.The room was not comfortable very basic 1970s style. The twin beds were institutional and it was very cold at night. The food in the canteen was of very poor quality unless you are addicted to hake in chefs sauce.A complete waste of money dont go. We stayed all inclusive for one week and must say that the hotel exceeded our expectations - our ground floor apartment had two bedrooms and plenty of space - the food was good and we met many interesting people. Start learning Spanish by taking part in the evening bingo - all the fives cinco cinco! On our final night we... More

If you are booking to do sefl catering - don't bother. You wouldn't even be able to make beans on toast. You have to hire a kettle & toster at 8 euros a week each. Same for hairdrier and iron. There were no pots except for a large casserole. One small frying pan and nothing else. No tin opener or... More

Arrived assuming a 3 star rated hotel but found it to be a 3 key rated apartment complex. Had no problem with that as we were only booked for a week self catering. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours after our12.15. pm arrival before the room was available The apartment was large & comfortable enough but was quite dirty with... More
