Attended her back in 2012 with my partner. when we arrived we pulled up by coach and it didn't actually look all that bad, sun was shining and looked fairly clean. We were absolutely starving so the first thing we wanted was food. We went to reception checked in quite quick and then dumped our bags in the room. Il... More

We spent our holiday in this hotel for a 2 weeks during the summer. This is a typical vacation hotel between 3 and 4 star hotel, closer to 3 star. Furniture on hotel rooms were very used, TV very small - classical ( no flat) - only a few channels. Room was clean, bathroom as well. But Air conditioner!!! Terrible... More

Honestly, I can only say positive things. - the staff is extremely friendly and always helpful - everything was clean to the maximum - the cleaning staff worked practically non-stop - food is fresh (especially the olives, feta, kiwi marmalade, pastries). You can reserve a table to eat in the Italian and Greek resturants à la carte; please absolutely try... More

PROS: Perfect sea beach (as most south beaches in Greece islands). Hotel area cleaned well. CONS: Hotel itself is not friendly to small kids (especially for those who need strollers) - the hotel located on hill and there is almost no access from place to place without stairs. Food was very average and at least half of our group had... More

Spent an enjoyable 2 weeks at the Mitsis Summer Palace. Advertised as 5 star - definitely not. Manager walks about the hotel and never smiles or speaks to any of the guests. Very rude. Otherwise staff excellent and helpful. Breakfasts and Lunch very good. Dinner - very little variety. I agree with previous reviewer - do not use Thomas Cook... More
