The log cabins are beautifully built, not draughty and well equipped. Kitchen and main room an excellent size and the one we shared was a two-bedroom, one double with en-suite shower room and a second with twin-beds adjacent to the bathroom. The double room was snug as described but perfect when the winds were howling outside and the log burner... More

We accomodated a 3 bedroom lodge for a week. It was a cold, wet and windy week so the lodge was a welcome place to stay. Having paid for our utilities ahead on a set fee we felt we didn't have to worry about running the heating. We also had a log fire with kindle and logs provided. The facilities... More

Stayed here with my wife for a week over the New Year period as a timeshare exchange through RCI. It was very comfortable and relaxing in our "Powys" lodge with a weekly utilities charge of £25.00 providing unlimited electric heating for the duration of our stay. We were also provided with coal, kindling and logs which were sufficient for two... More

Stayed here over the new year. Warm clean accommodation. Plenty of space for 3 in a 4 berth and even room to entertain guests. Double bedroom is small but it does say that in the literature. And anyway how much room do you want in the bedroom. The staff are all incredibly helpful. The restaurant and bar serves good food... More

We had a fabulous time in our 2 bedroomed lodge for 6 people. The log cabin had a warm cosy feel, with the log fire, plus central heating and spacious open-plan kitchen diner. We had a wonderful Christmas Dinner at Pantglas Hall with the family. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the food was 5*. I would... More

Just returned from 3 night break in a Powys lodge. Went with another couple who had their own Powys lodge. We had a great time notwithstanding the wet and windy weather which of course was totally expected for Wales in December. The lodge was warm - log burner and electric heaters - comfortable and well equipped, cafetiere and dishwasher included!... More

We have just returned from our first midweek break at Pantglas. The staff were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Our cabin was clean and warm. Carmarthenshire is a beautiful County with plenty of walks or sightseeing if you wish to. Or to totally unwind staying at Pantglas using the facilities is just fabulous. We had no complaints.

Spent a few nights during the winter and was amazing with the open log fire. Would recommend to anybody looking to just relax. The area is extremely quite so take stuff to entertain yourself, games, books etc. the staff are very friendly and always willing to help.

Just returned from a very enjoyable weekend break. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. On Saturday evening we ate at the on site restaurant and the food was plentiful, well presented and very tasty. The accommodation whilst very clean, is however a bit dated and not up to the standard that I would... More

We had a midweek break at Pantglas, arriving on Saturday, leaving on the following Wednesday and our first time there.....situated in the beautiful Carmarthenshire hills, it is an excellent base for touring or just to chill, with pool and gym on site. The accommodation - log cabins, seem to vary in terms of size, ours was 2 bed (1 double... More
