This was not our first stay at Casa de las flores. My husband and I were introduced to Stan and Jose by good friends on our first trip over to Guadalajara. Ever since then,...whenever we travel over to "mainland Mexico" ,and I know we will be in the area, I make reservations to stay at Casa de las flores. Stan... more

It's all been said by other guests, but is worth repeating. Stan has been collecting art for years and you get to enjoy it in the common areas and in your room. If that's not enough, the food is wonderful and the hospitality is delightful. I can't wait to return! Tlaquepaque is a fun place to visit for a couple... more

Everything was perfect. The host, Stan , arranged for us to hire a driver to take us to folk artists studios, and was very accommodating. The room was delightful and the owners collection of Mexican folk art decorates the entire B&B. The pineapple empanadas at breakfast were delicious. more

My daughter and I spent 3 nights at Casa de Las Flores while exploring Guadalajara and Tlaquepaque. Our host, Stan, was incredibly charming and welcoming. He went out of his way to explain what to see and do in the area, with good advice about security and health issues. Our stay was perfect because Stan and his great staff met... more

My husband and I are staying at Hotelito Casa Dionisio. We absolutely love it. It is a charming and private B&B nestled in the hills of Guanajuato, Mexico. The views are spectacular and the rooms, large, comfortable and warm. There is an elegance and charm with each room. State of the art kichen that produces a wonderful continental breakfast each... more

I took my wife to Tlaquepaque and stayed at Casa de Las Flores for a long weekend in October to celebrate her 52 birthday. The hotel is beautiful with comfortable rooms and a lovely, welcoming, relaxing and fascinating interior and exterior set of spaces to hang out, chat, drink wine or eat breakfast and the great evening desserts they serve.... more

Just a note to thank you for the special hospitality environment you have created at Casa de las Flores. My wife and I had a special 5 days in Tlaquepaque/Guadalajara thanks to staying at your special Inn. From the moment we arrived, the service and interest in our enjoyment and well being couldn’t have been better. The charm you’ve created... more

Our experience staying at La Casa de Las Flores was overwhelmingly enchanted. The eclectic display of original Mexican folk art that fills the establishment is a feast for your eyes. The proprietors and staff went out of their way to make our experience not only staying at their establishment but also advising of places to go and how to get... more

With almost a 150 five star reviews of Casa de Las Flores,, it is difficult to describe it better. Our Jr. suite was very spacious and so well decorated. And thank you, thank you, for the best bathroom and the best bed during our two week trip to colonial Mexico. The gardens are exquisite. Wonderful peace and quiet, after touring... more

We loved Casa de las Flores! You walk in from the street and are just stunned by the beauty of this place! The incredible ceramics, furniture, sun-filled reception area and courtyard floored me. Then there are the guest rooms, which are spacious and beautifully appointed, with individual bathrooms. And clean, clean, clean--everything. Stan and Jose are superb and gracious hosts... more
