Not sure what the other reviews that claim unfriendly staff are about. I spent 10 days here and had no problems. The staff is as friendly as I like staff to be. They're not fawning and obsequious, but will serve you well. They cater to your needs, but probably not to whims. If it can be done, they'll do it... more

This hotel has beautiful grounds. That is the only positive. From the Brindisi airport, the hotel was a 60 Euro, 20 minute cab ride. Ouch. Nothing is close so a car is essential. We have just spent a week here. The buildings and grounds are absolutely gorgeous and well-tended and the pool is simply the best we have ever been to.
