We were a party of oenophiles recently staying at this hotel for five days. We had organised a package with most of our dinners provided by the hotel. This used to be two hotels but has been combined into one. We stayed in the rooms at the rear of the hotel which were modern and clean with comfortable double beds... More

We were a group of 11 and stayed here during our cycling tour of the Medoc. Great location overlooking the water, comfortable rooms and very good food. Service from the booking process to check-out was excellent and all the staff were extremely charming and efficient. Like all Logis hotels we have stayed in over the years, this hotel did not... Ideally located in the heart of Pauillac, facing the Gironde, the hotel offers great value for money but the rooms are very small. The welcome from the staff at reception was very warm and their spoken English excellent. Very helpful in arranging taxis/restaurants etc. The restaurant was very good and represented good value for money with interesting wines available (not... More

Booking online was all very efficient and the hotel is well situated on the Quai in Pauillac with plenty of free parking over the road. The room was clean and perfectly serviceable and breakfast was more than adequate. The cost was some €120 per night including breakfast. A good base to explore the Médoc.

This hotel has an interesting sign hanging just outside the entrance. One half of the sign designates the hotel as two-star, the other half indicates a three-star designation. Because our reservation had been made for us, we paid little attention to the sign. In fact, after seeing our room and having eaten in the restaurant we assumed the two-star designation... More

It's about par for the course for a two star Logis hotel. The room size wasn't huge and the furnishings were tired looking, but it had a nice balcony over looking the river. The price was expensive for the standard of hotel, but at least breakfast offered boiled eggs. The location is good and the restaurant was good. Personally I... More

Dear Guest, We're sincerely concerned about you did not have a great experience in our establishement. I just would like precise a small thing about the room. Our standard rooms are quite tired, and that's the reason why, the owners and I are programming to refurbish this part of the hotel during the following winter. I hope that if you... More

This was a comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Located right on the river with a view looking out across the river. The room was simple but comfortable - although no shower only a bath which was unusual. But very enjoyable stay none the less.

Seen from the view of price / quality, this is a good hotel, but nothing special. Rooms are small but clean. Service very friendly in the evening, less in the morning. Breakfast was ok, they had cheese and ham, which is already something special in France :).

We were spending our last day in the Bordeaux wine region and before going back to the airport we had a quick lunch at the lovely terrace of the restaurant. As we were 10 persons and had some tight time table due to our flight departure in the afternoon, I had reserved the menu in advance. The personnel of the... More

They offer two options for rooms 2 star and 3 star, 3 star is worth the extra 20% premium. No complaints we were in the off season so very quiet. Clean rooms would stay again. Great location to visit the best vineyards in Bordeaux.
