ıt is clean and cheap option in erbil. As well in sll ıraq hotels there was a shower problem. but it is clean and air condition was fine. though the problem is it is in big kirkuk street in erbil and very far to old city. ı walked about one hour. and it was dissapointing when ıreached to center. it... Rather dated decor and furnishings and not the biggest room but clean, hot water, hairdryer, working aircon, friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was one of the better breakasts of my stay in this part of the world and dinner in the hotel was fine. The location of the hotel could, however, be an issue if you don't have transport as... More

As others pointed out, the location is not ideal, but the overall experience makes up for that. Friendly, clean, safe. English, Kurdish and Arabic spoken. Internet works well and noise isolation works quite well even when overlooking the main road. Don't expect 5-star amenities, but it will do nicely for a few nights. Get a map or directions in Arabic... More

Me and my family ( three ) stayed here for 6 nights. We had a triple room. First of all I start with the negative points: - The location is not the best. Although there is Naza mall nearby and some restaurants and fastfoods as Saj al reef or Texas Chicken, this hotel is far from the city center and... More

The hotels location is good its on one of the main roads of Erbil, its located on the Erbil-Kirkuk road, and has a big supermarket next to it called NazaMall and also a few good restaurants like Saj al Reef and Texas Chicken. The rooms are spacious and the people are very helpful. the bar is not that fancy but... More

Myself and a workmate stayed here for four weeks. The rooms were spotless, the shower was great, staff really friendly and good English speakers. The restaurant served a good choice of food and had plenty of beers in stock. Breakfast was a good buffet and bottled water was available at all times. Richard ( England )

The first time i stayed at this hotel, i had the unpleasant surprise of having a very dirty bathroom and construction at 9 am next to my room. The second time however, the stay was not so bad. The staff is nice and welcoming. Considering the context, it could be a rather fair hotel. However, i am sure that there... More
