We stayed here at the weekend. It was immaculate, Elaine and David were the perfect hosts, the rooms were lovely, breakfast was full of choice and plentiful there is nothing to fault. Highly recommended and we will be back. Thank you.

Elaine and Dsvid were the perfect hosts, gave me information on activities in the area. The breakfast menu had a great variety of choice and nicely presented. The room was very clean and nicely laid out. The television had excellent reception in my room. Very peaceful and quiet and an ideal place to stay.

Believe everything good you read about this place. We have stayed in places all over the world and the room, living and bathroom areas we enjoyed here were simply the best we have experienced, including five star locations. David and Elaine were careful and welcoming hosts and as dog lovers, even though our own dog had been left behind, we... More

We had such a great experience!! The house in very cosy and so nicely furnished! My husband and I were there to try to catch the northern lights but even if we haven't seen them it still has been a very nice week end, so far. Elaine and Dave were so nice and the spoiled us! The choice of breakfast... More

Had a short stay in Donegal with my wife and 2 Bichon Fraise dogs but had difficulty with choice of accommodation that would allow 2 dogs to stay. Thankfully Elaine and David welcome pets. I would have to say firstly thank you both for welcoming us to your beautiful home. It is set in an ideal location close to beaches,... More

I travelled up to Donegal from Cork with my mum and my little dog accompanied by my brother. The visit was too short for us really but the hospitality of Elaine & David when we arrived until we left 2 days later made it seem that we were visiting friends rather than strangers we'd never met before! Spotlessly clean, lovely... More

Hello Jim, Thanks for your kind comments. You and your two friends were very brave travelling all those miles on your cycles. I suppose the Guinness must have helped keep your strength up! We look forward to seeing you again in the future and a warm welcome will await you. More

Chas and I would just like to say a huge Thankyou to Elaine and David for helping to make or visit to Ireland so pleasurable. From the minute we arrived we were treated like visiting friends, with Elaine and David providing us with a late brunch as we had had such an early start and were very tired. We stayed... More

Thanks for your fantastic review. We enjoy it when guests stay a few days as we get to know them and some become firm friends, as we are sure you and Chas will. You had some fabulous weather and certainly went home with a tan. Looking forward to the next time. More

We stayed with Elaine and Dave for 3 nights with my 9 year old daughter. We could not have been made more welcome and our deluxe suite at the top of the house was perfect for a family. The breakfast was fantastic with fruit picked from the garden and fresh eggs laid by the chickens. 5 star b and b... More

It is no coincidence that this yet another review for Elaine & David at Inishfree. Consistency is not the word they are always uping the bar. Whilst we were there they thought nothing of running their guests to the local wedding or providing a breakfast on speck that was not ordered. They have now got their own produce from the... More
