Hello Jim, Thanks for your kind comments. You and your two friends were very brave travelling all those miles on your cycles. I suppose the Guinness must have helped keep your strength up! We look forward to seeing you again in the future and a warm welcome will await you. More

Chas and I would just like to say a huge Thankyou to Elaine and David for helping to make or visit to Ireland so pleasurable. From the minute we arrived we were treated like visiting friends, with Elaine and David providing us with a late brunch as we had had such an early start and were very tired. We stayed... More

Thanks for your fantastic review. We enjoy it when guests stay a few days as we get to know them and some become firm friends, as we are sure you and Chas will. You had some fabulous weather and certainly went home with a tan. Looking forward to the next time. More

We stayed with Elaine and Dave for 3 nights with my 9 year old daughter. We could not have been made more welcome and our deluxe suite at the top of the house was perfect for a family. The breakfast was fantastic with fruit picked from the garden and fresh eggs laid by the chickens. 5 star b and b... More

Hi Andy it was great to see you and Wendy again and to spend time with Brenda who taught me a new board game. It is always a pleasure to have guests return again and again which you have. See you again soon. More

It is no coincidence that this yet another review for Elaine & David at Inishfree. Consistency is not the word they are always uping the bar. Whilst we were there they thought nothing of running their guests to the local wedding or providing a breakfast on speck that was not ordered. They have now got their own produce from the... More

We came back to the area for my work and were delighted to stay at the Inishfree B&B again. (I was here in March.) The weather was amazing on our first day and we made it down to one of the many spectacular beaches tucked away in the Irish coastline. Just ask the hosts if you want to find some... More

Having business in Donegal I was recommended by friends to stay here. Have to say it was gorgeous and the breakfast was the best I've ever had! Lots of lovely touches. Even a lovely scone with clotted cream and jam to go with coffee when I got back from work. I'd give this "cead mile failte" house 110%!

It was lovely to meet you Helen and we are so glad that you enjoyed your stay. The chair that you liked so much in the Orchid room now has a beautiful cover to match the rest of the furnishings. I am sure you would approve. Hope to see you again when you are next in Donegal on business/pleasure. By... More

We were a bit disappointed with Culdaff as we arrived in the rain, there was no live music in the pub and it was far too wet to go exploring. However, the hosts at the Inishfree made up for it. A lovely B&B - we had a kind of suite which was the top floor of the house where we... More

Thanks for your review, it was good to meet you, just a shame about the weather, but that's why Ireland is so green. You will just have to come back when the sun shines! Hope the leg is better. More

This is an excellent B&B with a real homely feel. The couple who run it cannot do enough for you in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The accommodation is spacious and well maintained with nice little extras provided such as tea making facilities with mini chocolate treats. The breakfast was one if the best I have... More

The Inish Free B&B was a beautiful and peaceful stop during my trip to Ireland! The B&B is very picturesque, with lovely furnishings and a very comfortable, peaceful ambiance. The breakfasts were a real treat, delicious and beautifully prepared! The hosts provided first-class hospitality as well. I will definitely be making a trip back and hope to spend a bit... More

It was really good to spend some time with this young lady from the US. She was a professional photographer and gave us some very good tips. We went with her to Kinnego Bay one night at about 10 p.m. so that she could get some moonlight shots. Needless to say, they were fabulous. So looking forward to her next... More
