The first thing the manager of this hotel should do is to train his staff in the basics of service-mindedness. Grumpy, unhelpful and generally seeming to hate their jobs barely describes it. And in my view that is totally unforgivable in a hotel. If you can live with that, the rooms are brand new and beautiful. But the whole experience... More

While I think Crimea is extremely expensive in comparison with Croatia and Greece, but this hotel is good quality, modern furniture, free wifi, friendly staff. Not sure price fit the infrastructure of Alushta, but itself it is good choice.

Stayed in the new and stand alone building of this Radisson Blue , separated from the old building. When booking this hotel insist on the new building. Though the swimming pool and the hotel's private beach are related to the old building , it worth the effort of crossing the street getting there. Staff: friendly and efficient. Breakfast: very good... More

I booked a more superior room with an "sea view". If you are traveling all the way to Alushta to stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel, you book a sea view. I wanted to sit on my terrace, drink a coffee and just stare at the sea. That was the plan. I communicated directly with the property during the booking... More

Was here on March with my boyfriend. Very nice and cosy hotel. Location - close to the sea and sea promenade. Good and calm location. Food - tasty, good one. Room - we had Superior room. Quite big, spacious, a lot of pillows. Staff - I know that it was not "high" season, but at night time I saw only... More

I stayed there for 3 nights during the weekend as a short break near the sea. I have chosen the hotel because I trust Radisson brand and hope to meet the same standards, but it was definitely not the case. The hotel is located in small village Alushta, in nice 1900-s built building, very close to the beach. Nothing more... More

My girlfriend and I were interested in making a long weekend trip out of Moscow during the June 12th "Russia Day" weekend and selected the Radisson Blu. The location is very good, the building is a nice pre-Revolutionary building, and Alushta has some nice restaurants. Completely avoidable problems with the hotel included: 1. There are no signs to get to... More

We travalled to Radisson Blue at the end of July - beginning of August, 2012. At first sight and upon arrival, the hotel seemed perfect (specially in comparison with other places we've been to in Crimea with bugs, spiders, running water on and off, etc). However, soon this ideal place was distorted by so many things that are typical for... More

Radisson alushta is different from other hotels of this brand. We checked-in in the night and than we came in to the room the lock of the bathroom was broken. We asked to fix it.
