I was very disappointed and shocked. I ended up staying not even 20 minutes in my room before Idecided to rather leave. My room had wet stains on the carpet, and it had clearly not being vacuumed. Every towel in the bathroom had brown stains on it, and some of the lamp shades were not working. I was very disappointed... More

We booked 3 family cabanas for my family and the kids between 27-29 December 2015. One of our cabanas was without electricity. The beds were all old and the mattresses uncomfortable and sinking in. We had to try and sleep of the edges of the beds to get a good night's sleep. The stove in one of the cabanas was... More

I booked to stay for 2 nights. The disappointment began after I parked my car and was escorted by the guard to the reception. We went past the dark dingy corridors that was dirty. Finally at the reception at opened on to a busy road. We had booked 2 rooms. The air con in one room did not work, the... More

What a surprise? We paid our R600 per person per night not expecting luxury but at least a decent stay where we can wind down after a long day relaxing next to the pool... We were met in the parking lot by noisy taxis and people dancing in the parking lot. We carried our luggage all the way to the... More

We wanted to visit the hot springs on our way back to Johannesburg from Marakele.
