After reading other reviews I'm assuming some rooms in this motel have been refurbished and some, like ours, haven't seen anything but new vinyl flooring and a splash of paint since they were built in the 1970's. Yes, it's a "budget" motel but for $110 per night on booking.com it's a rip off. We travel a lot and stay in... More

Stayed in a connecting room with another family, room was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, kitchenette was handy for a couple of days stay, very close to shops and beach, price was good.

We were 'upgraded' apparently, into a triple room (triple room was book). The room was exceptionally tiny, the air conditioner was 10cm off the floor right next to where our son was to sleep. The floor was slimy and sticky, our shoes stuck to it and was obviously too gross to have bare feet. And there is only wifi in... More

Thank you for your feedback. As was explained to you and stated on all of our booking sites, we are a budget motel. In order to keep costs down we unfortunately do not provide certain amenities that you may find in other Hotels or Resorts. As discussed, we offer Wifi to our guests in the restaurant and its courtyard. With... More

The room was clean and just perfect for our needs. Our room was not one of the newly renovated rooms but it was just fine. It did not have an ocean view but then we just had to walk 100m to see the sea. We wanted an inexpensive place to sleep so we could get up early and surf. The... More

I had a great stay from my arrival, the reception was very helpful in settling me in. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Best bit was the pork belly from the restaurant below. Bac to Nam is located next to reception. Thanks again from me this budget Motel is a street away from one of the best... More

We stayed in this motel after a family function as it was not too far away. It is very old & tired though they are trying to make it more upgraded. Our room was one of the "upgraded" rooms. It was clean and tidy but a little depressing...the colours are grey walls with black curtains & lamps...not very coastal feeling.... More

The Motel situated closed to Burleigh heads, the location is right on the Gold coast Highway. There is a Coles and various other cafes, bakeries, chemist and ANZ bank. Public Transport is outside the door, onsite non undercover parking which isn't usual for Motels and other Apartments on the Gold Coast. The Room was on the 1st level it was... More

We stayed at the motel expecting budget, and came away wonderfully surprised. The room was cosy, and probably old fashioned, but not in any negative way: it was functional with a few extras, comfortable and clean, and had a hint of nostalgia of old family holidays. The service was excellent. But, best of all is the location - so convenient... More

For the price we paid I was not expecting much however I was pleasantly surprised! The check in process was quick and friendly, we had car parking provided, good location, the size of the room was reasonable, extremely comfortable beds and clean linen. The cleaners did a great job and even included biscuits to have with tea and coffee -... More

We stayed for two weeks with large room overlooking parking lot in back. Very clean and comfortable. Owners are very helpful and avid surfers. Close to McDonalds (only free wifi in area), close to beach, close to car rental and grocery store. Much quieter that Surfers' Paradise and within walking distance of fun cafes in Burleigh Heads. Rooms have coffee/tea... More
