From noisy air conditioner keeping us up during the night, to indifferent or uncaring staff - there was only a couple of guests there with heaps of rooms vacant but we still didn't get a requested room, was given the worst position of all, cooped up next to office / reception.

I booked a room reluctantly here for my mother and grandmother as we were meeting up for dinner with my uncle and auntie from Melbourne. As it was Magic Millions weekend, most places were booked or inflated in pricing. I booked the room through wotif and chose the fold out sofa option. I placed the booking in my grandmothers name.... I was looking for an accommodation for a 1 nite stay and this motel seems to be the only one w vacant at that time. Did the booking thru wotif.com coz booking by phone will cost us extra $10. Did asked over the phone for family room that fits 3 adults and 2 kids and the reception lady said family... More

The room was dirty, the main curtains and sofa was torn, the towel rail was hanging of the wall with thick dirt down behind it hanging over toilet. The place had not been cleaned, this has to be carried out by the outgoing occupants, towels are only changed after 7 days. You had to carry your rubbish out to bins... More

We were staying on the Gold Coast for one night and this was one of the only available motels. The rooms are quiet nice and modern. Firstly we were greeted by a less then pleasant lady at reception. As we arrived to the room we realised there was no milk, shampoo or conditioner. We then had to go back and... More

Have now stayed here several times when on the Gold Coast but wanting only 1 or 2 nights. Rooms good size with kitchenette facilities including sink (nice not to fill kettle and wash up in bathroom), cutlery and crockery and microwave. Bathrooms very functional and towels bigger than the standard small bath towels many similar standard motels have. I have... More

I read reviews of this motel on another site and they didn't read too bad for the location and price. We were looking for a last minute low cost option as it was really only a sleep for the night. The room actually was a good size and the bathroom not too bad. Obviously it is a budget option but... More

We stayed here as a stop over for two nights. The lady at reception was less than pleasant and the room was standard. Stained carpet and worn bed covers. Bathroom was a suitable size. Hotel is quick driving distance to shops and beaches.

Not one of the best places I've stayed. We were in a 'family suite' which was the size of a shoe box. Tiny, and I mean tiny bathroom and at $150.00 au per night Not worth the money. Only 3 coffee sticks horrible fold out beds that pool in the pictures, Misleading... Majorly!! I wouldn't bother with this motel at... More

Needed a short term, last minute room so this was the option. On the main drag, relatively new so it's appearance inside is still clean BUT it's OH SO basic! No milk in fridge for coffee, only 3 little coffee sachets. Neither of us are big or large people so when we had trouble turning around in the shower I... More
