To be fair the people who own the Management Rights to this Resort only took over in May of this year and appear to be inexperienced in the hospitality industry. They were very obliging/friendly, however there is a lot of training needed to get up to speed dealing with clients...especially when it comes to the busier season. Our room was... More

We have just returned from an 8 day stay. I'd have to say I was disappointed. The unit was tired, dated and in need of a full refurb. We paid extra for the "broadwater apartment" expecting a decent standard of modern and luxury, but no. The bed was the worst I've ever had and is badly in need of replacement.... More

Superb staff very helpful - quite close to all attractions on the GC. The Theme Parks, shopping and restaurants. Nice hot spa pool and clean and tidy. Represents good value for money and a lovely promenade to stroll. Staff even drove my wife and son to places when I had to travel away for a day to Glasshouse Mountains -... More

Having visited this area before booked 5 nights in this resort. The location on Marine Parade is perfect for walking along the waters edge.We stayed in a ground floor apartment over looking the Broadwater, comfortable for 2 adults. The reception was very helpful and informing.

Had a great stay at the Windsurfer. Very clean, management very helpful and friendly. Units well appointed, and great location. Nice and quiet and right on the Broad water. Would return. Value. Reasonable stroll to good value eateries.

Stayed for a few days over the holidays. Great location, friendly staff and very clean and presentable complex. And very cheap compared to some we have stayed at. Best of all we liked the number of restaurants within walking distance - nothing better than a nice dinner with a few drinks then a lovely stroll home along the broadwater! Will... More

I stayed here as a single mum with my 2 yr old, for a week. We got the top floor broadwater apartment which was amazing, and at a fantastic price. It had THREE separate balconies, two small and one very big. Apartment was double story. All had amazing views of the broadwater. Modern furnishing, wash machine and dryer very handy... More

The unit was clean and the view was good. Only thing was the icky sticky floor when i arrived, but there is a mop, so that prob was solved in a jiffy. Kim was very sweet and helpful throughout my stay and if u run out of the basics, you can always buy from the reception. I just left this... More
