Very disappointed with the service! My daughter is anaphylactic and must know at all times the ingredients in all food. We went to buy a sandwich from the poolside cafe at lunchtime on our first day, asked an older, tired looking woman behind the counter what was inside a couple of them as there were no labels, and her response... more

If you like water and like playing around in water. This is the place. Our only other experience in a resort/hotel thing as this, was Disney World in Florida, USA. In many ways it has that same feeling to it. It´s just much smaller. Probably because - it is. I guess it seems very american. It might even be. I... more

The service is appalling unless you are of Asian decent they just are not helpful. You request a room type and don't get it. You should be given this information when you make a reservation more

Unfortunately I have to say don't stay here, it is not worth the money. The resort is letting down its excellent staff. We paid top dollar to stay here for access to Sea World with our 11yo son. The people in the hotel are wonderful from the manager down and made every effort. However the rooms are tired, the water... more

The resort is co-located with Sea World so access to the park is really easy with a direct monorail from the hotel, so you can miss the big queues at the main entrance. First impression is that there are kids everywhere, mostly unsupervised and this was out of the school holiday period. So from 7am till 8pm you can hear... more

We stayed here for 3 nights and were lucky to have gotten one of the 2 rooms that had been refurbished. The lady at the desk said this time next year all the rooms will be refurbished. My 2 Children loved staying here, the pool area was wonderful as is the location to seaworld. The only bad thing is if... more

Not a good place for couples, rooms outdated, 2 double beds for 1 couple? Staff at front desk were basically rude and not wanting to help. Location Ok, food overpriced. Rooms very noisy, you can hear EVERYTHING the people above and beside you are doing. more

We decided to book this trip because they were offering free entrance into 3 theme parks with a 3 day stay. We did get our money worth and felt like it was decent place to stay. The rooms were regular size and did have a small fridge which was nice. We only ate at the lobby restaurant and ordered room... more

If you have any aversion to children or have any plans for romance, Seaworld Resort is to be avoided at all costs. In fact if you are trying to decide whether children are cute and cuddly things, come and stay here for a reality check. Having said that, I was with my 8 year old son and my wife was... more

My partner & i stayed here for 1 night in early September. The hotel and rooms are nice but they do need modernising. We had a superior room that just overlooked the pool & gardens but would of hoped for a better view! The pool area was very good and the pool was warm. We didnt use the onsite restaurants,... more
