We found the apartment spacious and clean although a little out-dated (bedspreads/bathrooms/kitchen) and in need of some maintenance (paint/carpet/cupboard doors/old appliances etc). Stayed here in January 2013 for a week holiday with the family. Location was good. Apartment 33, 7th floor was not great but on entering nearly got knocked out by the smell of bleach coming from the bathrooms.
