Just come back from a 2 week holiday here, it's our 3rd time in Menorca and 1st time self catering. The apartments are quite small for a family of 4, although there is a separate bedroom, the kids had to sleep on a sofa which had a pull out mattress, this left the living area very cramped. The tv only... More

Found the staff at this hotel to be very polite and helpful and the quality of the food and drink was also very good. The rooms were well maintained and very clean but the beds were not comfortable. The hotel is well suited to families with small children (6 and under), but caters less for older kids. We will return... More

Just returned from an enjoyable 2weeks. Good points - Hotel very clean, maid service faultless. Maids appear to work very hard to ensure rooms are spotless. Staff very polite and helpful. Work long hours but still manage to smile, especially the restaurant staff. Excellent all inclusive menu. Cocktails and pool bar food a real highlight. Restaurant food also great. The... More

We have just returned from a week all inclusive. Good food and the entertainment staff are very friendly. Receptionists are helpful and even the lifeguards are chatty. The room was adequate but our air conditioning didn't work and it took three days of return visits by the technician to get them to realise there was a problem with it. Kids... More

Just returned yesterday from this hotel and we had a fantastic holiday here. We stayed from 19th-26th August. We were self catering and a family of 4 with children aged 3 and 6. It was a perfect hotel for us. We stayed in block 2 which was out the back of the hotel away from the pools and entertainment( I... More

This is a really fab all inclusive! Our children are aged 9 & 6 and they absolutely loved the place as did my husband & I! As others have said, the rooms are really the only let down. They are small (we couldn't find enough space to house our 3 suitcases) I also didn't like the way the basin for... More

We have just spent 9 days at the hotel with my Son ,daughter in law and two granddaughters aged 5 and 7 . We are both in our sixties and when holidaying alone or with friends we tend to avoid all inclusive hotels. This hotel was excellent on all counts. The food was top quality and varied. The drinks menu... More

Stayed as a family with 2 boys of 10 and 12 years. I was slightly concerned, reading previous reviews, that our 12 yr old would be bored. This was definitely not the case! He had an amazing time and was kept active and happy all day long! Special mention to Aldin who was amazing. Food was fantastic - probably the... More

We had 9 nights at Viva Menorca in August 2014, with children aged 7 & 5. It was only our second family holiday abroad and also the second time we'd gone all-inclusive. It was fantastic! First of all the facilities are great. The pools are large and we never had an issue getting sun-loungers. The kids adored the pirate-ship pool... More
