We booked these apartments as 3 *, but have since found that they have been down graded to 2 * which is more appropriate. The apartment was a good size but was outdated, not very clean (long dark hairs in the bathroom) and particularly in the kitchen, in urgent need of repair and replacement. Some of the cupboards didn't close, the fridge top was all burnt as it was sited under the hob, some of the cupboard handles were broken, and in my daughter's apartment next door ( we booked 2 studios) some of the cutlery was rusty and their patio door would not shut properly.
In addition, the cost of hiring basic equipment was silly money- hairdryer 11 euro per week ( we needed 2 for a fortnight, assumed they would be in the apartment, safe was 24 euro per week) We reported all these to reception and our holiday rep, who listened but could not really solve much for us, apart from getting us one hairdryer free of charge
